Cost of one 5 minute call = 0.5 + 4(0.34) = 0.5 + 1.36 = 1.86
=> Cost of three 5 minute calls = 1.86*3 = 5.58
Cost of 15 minute call = 0.5 + 14(0.34) = 0.5 + 4.76 = 5.26
Difference = 5.58 - 5.26 = 0.32
=> Answer: C

To find : difference between the total cost of three 5-minute calls and the cost of one 15-minute call?
Solution:
Cost of 5 min call = 1(0.50)+4(0.34) = 1.86
Cost of 3 such calls = 1.86*3 = 5.58
Cost of 15 min call = 1(0.50)+14(0.34) = 5.26
The difference between two= 5.58-5.26 = 0.32
Answer is C
