If x+v > 4 and x<3 then v >1 is true

if x is less than 1 then for expression x+v>4 , v will always have to be greater than 1
the smaller the value of x the greater has to be the value of x
ex: take x = -7 then v will have to be atleast >11

Answer is A option - "Always",
as irrespective of x is positive and negative V will always be greater than one.
the maximum value of X is 2 so the minimum value of V will be 3 > 1
Though, you must alter the option B, What parameter of X is given. X is greater to ?
