Total ways of arranging 6+6 on a circular table = (12-1)!=11!
Ways two persons are together.
Take these 2 to be one person, total person now =11.
Ways to arrange these 11 on a circular table =10!
But the couple can be arranged in 2 ways, so 2*10!
P=2*10!/11!=2/11

Total number of possibilities to arrange 12 unique individual in unique positions in a circle = (12-1)! = 11!
Now, to calculate probability for a PARTICULAR couple to be seated together, assume husband is seated on any one random seat. We have to make sure that his wife is either on the right or left (thus 2 unique cases) with other 10 unique individuals to be arranged randomly.
Probability for the scenario described above = 2*10!.
Probability = (2*10!)/11! =2/11. (option C)
