Please copy the question exactly the way it is given. There are many issues here. Plus the wording and concept are not very good quality.
In any case, we are given that it travels 70 miles for every 1 litre of fuel (Distance travelled is 70 times of tank capacity so for every 1 ltr the tank carries, it travels 70 miles). So distance travelled on 75% of a litre i.e. (3/4) litre will be (3/4)*70 = 52.5 miles
