Given that 5 parts of the work was done in 4 hours and 4 parts remain to be done. Now, since 5 parts need 4 hours, then 4 parts will need 4/5*4 = 16/5 hours = 3 hours and 12 minutes. Therefore, if the work on Tuesday started at 8:10 am, then it would be finished at 8:10 am + 3 hours and 12 minutes = 11:22 am.
Answer: B.
