1.
Top 9 lowest score (a1 -> a9): Mean = 42 => Sum = 42*9 = 378
<=> a1 + a2+ ...+ a9 = 378
<=> [a2 + ...+a9] = 378 - a1

2.
Top 9 highest score (a2->a10): Mean = 47 => Sum = 47 * 9 = 465
<=> a2 + a3 + ...+a9 + a10 = 465
<=> 378 - a1 + a10 = 465
<=> a10 - a1 = 45

The List reaches its Max value when a1: Max <=> a1 = 42 => a10 = 42 + 45 = 87
Sum total list = 42*9 + 87 = 465
=> Mean = 465/10 = 46,5

The list reaches its min value when a10 = min <=> a10 = 47 => a1 = 47 - 45 = 2
Sum total list = 2 + 47*9 = 425
=> Mean = 425/10 = 42,5

The diference = 46,5 - 42,5 = 4
