Given:  \sqrt{\frac{6x}{4}}=x

Simplify:  \sqrt{\frac{3x}{2}}=x

Square both sides:  (\sqrt{3x/2})^2=x^2

Simplify:
 \frac{3x}{2}=x^2 
 \frac{3}{2}=x

Answer:  B

Simplifying & Squaring both side.

^2 =  ^2

3x/2 = x^2

X^2 - (3x/2) = 0

X (X - 3/2) = 0

X = (0, 3/2)
