So for every hour forward the clocks moves 2hours backwards.
&
We need to find the earliest time at which the clock showed the correct time for an instance.
A. 3.20 am
That's 12 hours forward so 24 hours backward will give us the same time. Duration 12 hours.
B. 5.50 am
14.30 min forward so 29 hours backward clock won't sync. Backward time will be 10.20 am
C. 5.50 pm
2.30 min forward so 5 hours backward again the clock won't sync.
D. 7.20 pm
4 hours forward so 8 hours backwards clocks will sync. Duration 4 hours.
E. 11.20 pm
8 hours forward so 16 hours backwards clocks will sync. Duration 8 hours.
We need the earliest time possible so D
