I. c > d; C > B/A (Given in question stem) and A/B > D (Given in question stem); C > D *definitely* as both A/B are greater than D and C is greater than both A/B.
II. b > a; A > D and B > D (Given in question stem) and both A/B < C (Given in question stem), we can't determine if B > A as there's no relation between A and B and the values could be anything,
*Case 1:-if D= 5, A= 6, B=7, then B/A>D and B>A,
Case 2:- if D=5, A= 7, B= 6, B/A > D and A > B*
III. a = b; We can't be sure about this, as no relation is given and the value of A/B could be anything,
*Case 1:- if D= 5, A= 6, B=7, then B/A>D and B>A
Case 2:- if D=5, A= 7, B= 6, B/A > D and A > B
Case 3:- if D=5, A= 6, B=6, A/B> D and A=B*

the answer is A only. the fact remains that if c>b, a>d, c>a and b>d then we need to arrange the digits in their increasing order.
We start with b followed by c as: b,c
then write d followed by a as: d,a
then we check that c>a meaning its still greater than d as: d, (a or b)c
then b greater than d confirms it as above.
in the inequalities given there is no evidence of b being greater than a or vise versa. additionally there is no evidence of a and b being equal.
So the only condition that is true for this quiz is that c>d
