Let initially A be 4units and B be 16 units.
1/4th of each transformed to the other.
1 unit of A transformed to B.
4 units of B transformed to A.
Finally A = 4-1+4=7
B = 16-4+1=13
Ratio of A to B after reaction = 7/13.
Hence, D is the correct choice.

Before reaction
A = 20 units
B = 80 units
During reaction
A => B = 5 units
B => A = 20 units
Remaining A = 15 units
Remaining B = 60 units
After reaction
A = Remaining A + B => A = 15 + 20 = 35
B = Remaining B + A => B = 60 + 5 = 65
Required Ratio = \(\frac{35 }{ 65} = \sqrt{7 / 13}\)
