Hence the measures of the sides can be
3, 3 and 7 ⇒ This combination is not possible as the measure of the third side should be lesser than the sum of the other two sides.
or
7, 7, 3 ⇒ Valid Combination
Perimeter = 7 + 7 + 3 = 17 inches

Why the third one which is 19 is not an answer together with II?
If this side is 19=> the size will be 3,7,9, and the sum of any two is not smaller than any of the sides.
