7785/360 = 21 complete rounds and 225 degree
225 = 180 + 45
At 180 Degree pointer will point at 1 , further 45 degree will point towards 2 , Answer must be (B) 2

I think that this one was quite tricky to calculate quickly...
At any rate, here's what I did:
1.) 7,785 = 5 * 1557
2.) since (1 + 5 + 5 + 7) / 3 = integer, you know that you can divide 1,557 by 3 -> 7,785 = 3 * 5 * 519
3.) since (5 + 1 + 9) / 3 = integer, you know that you can divide 519 by 3 -> 7,785 = 3^2 * 5 * 173
4.) 173 is a prime, hence, one can stop dividing it.
5.) 360 = 2^3 * 3^2 * 5 -> 7,785 / 360 = (3^2 * 5 * 173) / (2^3 * 3^2 * 5) = 173 / 8 = 21 5/8
6.) Because the dial we are looking at contains exactly 8 segments, it follows that we just choose the segment that is five segments behind the current segment. That is 2!
