Check using small values -
\((-1)^{2019} = -1\)
again \(-1*(-1)^{2019} = 1\), Answer must be (D) 1

Answer is D
The answer can either be -1 or +1 depending on power of product.. power is 1+2+3.. 2019 = (2019*2020)/2= even hence answer is +1
(for same base, exponent added when the numbers are mulitplied)
