Solution :

2.25 * 10^a/0.15 * 10^b = 1.5 * 10^3

225 * 10^a/ 15 * 10^b = 15/10 * 1000

15 * 10^a-b               = 15 * 10^2  So, if the bases are the same applying the exponential rule

a - b    = 2

Hence, option B
