I am trying to improve on my Quant GMAT scores, here is my report from the official Mock 2:
Counting/Sets/Series - 62nd
Equal/Unequal/ALG - 67th
Rates/Ratios/Percent - 28th
Value/Order/Factors - 57th
My marks on rates/ratios/percents is the lowest. Is there a list of practice questions that I can learn from?

As mentioned by Bunuel you use these resources, But GMAC classifies the quant at very high level. Just understand what sub-topic is your weaknesses and practice more.
Ratios/Percentages have many sub-topics such as Mixtures, TSD, Intrest related problems. So try to narrow down your weakness.
