A bakery uses sugar and flour in the ratio of 3:5 to make a batch of cookies.

If 12 cups of sugar are used, how many cups of flour are needed?

Let sugar & flour be 3k & 5k cups respectively
3k = 12; k = 4

Flour = 5k = 5*4 = 20 cups
