Even if the problems are arranged by difficulty level, an accuracy of 94% for a test taker who is just starting is exceptional, in my opinion. Aryanically complete the OG problems, twice or thrice almost doing a rote learning. On the test day, you should not have any surprises. All the best ! you're having a great start !!

I would say give a mock to check the foundation level.
First 100 quant question are easy level in OG, Probably you are good at this level given the performance. You should be looking at this by solving medium and hard level questions also IMO

I recently started my GMAT prep with 0 prior coaching or guidance. So I first attempted the 100 quant questions from the Official Guide and got 94% accuracy with around 1 min 30 secs on a question. How should I be looking at this kindly help.
