I recently started my GMAT prep with 0 prior coaching or guidance. So I first attempted the 100 quant questions from the Official Guide and got 94% accuracy with around 1 min 30 secs on a question. How should I be looking at this kindly help.

I would say give a mock to check the foundation level.
First 100 quant question are easy level in OG, Probably you are good at this level given the performance. You should be looking at this by solving medium and hard level questions also IMO

Thats awesome Aryanically. It means starting point of your Quantitative reasoning is very high, perhaps exceptionally high(for a test taker with no prior experience). May be Q84 I suppose. But, note down which questions you made errors on, and why you made those errors. Have an error log.
Further, before jumping into Verbal OG, I will advise you to read the concepts part first, as there are a finite number of OG questions in Verbal, and that is best used after you at least go through the concepts once or twice.
