We can form group of four girls. We can do it in these ways
4G 0B
4G 1B
4G 2B
4G 3B

We are satisfying all the conditions in the question. It is not mentioned that the maximum number of members in the group should be 4.

Yes, I am forming a group of 4 girls and boys. We are not running away from not forming 4 girls, if the question had told me to form a group of only 4 girls. Then, I would agree that there is only one way. However, the question says ways to form a group of 4 girls.

IMO, we can have boys as well alongside girls.

The question is ambiguous. It could have been formed better.
