In order to calculate the amount of air in rectangular cuboid we need to know the volume of cuboid for which we must know dimensions i.e. length, breadth and height of cuboid

Considering statement 1:
Area of two faces are given to be 10 and 25
Now do not assume the dimensions to be integers.
As nothing is mentioned about the dimensions of cuboid, we can have many values possible for the dimensions of the cuboid so that area of two faces will be 10 and 25 respectively.
Like (2,5,5); (5/2, 4,10) ;(10/2,2,5) etc.
Since we are not getting a definite answer for dimensions of cuboid, we will not get a definite answer for volume of cuboid.
⇒ Statement 1 itself is not sufficient to provide the answer.

Considering statement 2:

One of the dimensions is 5
Since we do not know anything about the other two dimensions, we will not get a definite answer of the dimensions of cuboid and hence its volume
⇒ Statement 2 also itself is not sufficient to provide the answer.

Considering statement 1 and 2 both:
Area of two faces are given to be 10 and 25
One of the dimensions is 5
So, possible values of other two dimensions can be 2 and 5 or 2 and 25/2
⇒Amount of air inside an empty rectangular cuboid = Volume of cuboid = 5 × 5 × 2 = 50
⇒Or could be = 5 × 2 × 25/2 = 125

Since we are not getting a definite answer from combination of statement 1 and 2
⇒ statement 1 and 2 are not sufficient to provide the answer
