Statement I tells us that z is a multiple of 2, but we can't say if it is also a multiple of 3 or not..
Insuff...
Statement II tells us that z and 15 have 5 in common, so z is not a multiple of 3 as 15 is a multiple of 3..
So z is not div by 3 and hence not div by 6..
Ans is NO..

Easy one.
We need to find out whether Z has 2 and 3 as its factors.
(1) The greatest common factor of z and 2 is 2. --> It tells Z has 2 in it but not sure of 3. hence, insufficient.
(2) The greatest common factor of z and 15 is 5 --> It tells Z doesn't have 3 , hence it will never be divisible by 6. hence, Sufficient
Answer is B.
