x=  \frac{(wyz)}{100*100}

Q is asking => x =  \frac{k}{100} * y

From Statement 1: 
we can calculate that 2x = y 
Sufficient (x is 50% of y)

From Statement 2:
Gives the same result as Statement 1 .

Final expression will be (WZ/100). We just need value of W and Z.

The statement tells us that:

X = (w / 100) * (y / 100) * z, and asks us what percentage is x of y?

In the given relationship it is sufficient to know the value of the product wz.

Then each one by itself.
