Let s define the 4 consecutive integers as: n, n+1, n+2, n+3

(1) the range of the set is n+3-n = 3; this value is equal to twice the median 3 = 2 (n+1+n+2)/2; 3 = 2n+3; n=0-----> sufficient
(2) the sum of the extremes is equal to 3; n+3+n = 3; 2n+3 = 3; n=0-------> sufficient
