What is the perimeter of ∆ABC above?
S1. The ratio of DE to BF is 1:3.
S2. D and E are midpoints of sides AB and CB, respectively.
There is no mention of length of any side of the triangle. Without that it is not possible to say anything about the perimeter.
Hence, answer should be E.

Since no absolute value is given in any of the statement, so the answer should be E
