Total no of members voted=96-25-3=68
No of members Voted against the bill=96/3=32
So, No of members Voted for the bill=68-32=36
Sufficient.
St2:-The number of Legislators who voted for the bill was 8 more than the total number who were absent or abstained.
No of members Voted for the bill=(25+3)+8=36
Sufficient.
