After looking at the solution.. i started laughing on myself..

I started to take integers and fractions in the negative and positive space.. took 1 min 20 sec..

(1) 15X > 16X --> 0 > X
X is clearly negative
SUFFICIENT

(2) X + 15 > 0 --> X>-15
X can be either negative (i.e. -5) or positive (i.e. 5)
NOT SUFFICIENT

Is X positive?

(1) 15X > 16X
(2) X + 15 > 0

Is X positive?

(1) 15X > 16X
15x - 16x >0
-x>0
x<0
x is NOT positive
SUFFICIENT

(2) X + 15 > 0
x>-15
if x=-3<0
If x =5>0
NOT SUFFICIENT

IMO A
