If a<5, answer is 231, otherwise 232.
If Z=231.467, answer will be 231, but if Z=231.546, answer will be 232

(2) When Z is rounded to the nearest hundredth, the result is 231.46
We know that a's value has not changed when Z is rounded to the nearest hundredth, so a=4, and answer will be 231.
