To find : Z > B -----------(1)
A = Y+X (exterior angle) -----------(2)
Y = Z+B (exterior angle) -----------(3)
A = Z+B+X
A-B = Z+X -----------(4)
1) A-B = 30
Z+X = 30
Also,
X = 90-B (BOD is a right angle triangle)
Z+90-B = 30
B-Z = 60
B = Z+60
B>Z (Sufficient)
2) B = 70
A-70 = Z+X
A-70 = Z+20 (X = 90-70 = 20)
A = Z+90
We can't determine value of Z further to check whether Z>B .
(Insufficient)

In a triangle,length of side is proportional to angle opposite to that side.
Is AB > AC
For sufficiency answer to above should be Yes or No.
From fig.
Angle b & c correspond to side AC & AB respectively.
Also, c= a-90
Statement I:
a-b = 30
a=30+b
Then c=30+b-90= b-60
Hence b>c, which means AC > AB
So, answer to above question is NO.
Sufficient
Statement II:
b=70
Cannot determine value of c from this alone.
Not sufficient
