I have a question:

Should the answer not be C?

If we allow B, we have to assume that the integers are positive - however this is not indicated in the stem.
For example, in B we can have:
-3,-2,-1

Which multiples to -6, which is not a multiple of 6.

Or you can have 1,2,3 multiples to 6, which is M6.

-6 is a multiple of 6.

When we say "integer 'a' is a multiple of integer 'b'," it means 'a' can be written as 'x*b', where 'x' is some integer: -6 = 1*6.
