I have one doubt.
if 1 is in the set we know for sure "2" is there. but what if there are only two elements in the set and "2+1" is not there.

I have one doubt.
if 1 is in the set we know for sure "2" is there. but what if there are only two elements in the set and "2+1" is not there.
­That cannot be the case because we are told that if t in the set, t + 1 is also in the set. So, if 2 is in the set, then 2 + 1 = 3 must also be in the set. Check similar questions given in my post above to understand the concept better.
