Hello! Thank you for your reply! I am a little confused why did you wrote x/2 should it be 1.5x because it is 50% increase of the amount of apple juice? Thank you for taking the time! Kindest!
You're right!
Typing mistake. Edited accordingly. Thanks for noticing!

Let apple (a), grape(g), and pomegranate(p) juice.
Given, a+g+p = 80
Question: p = ?

(1) Increasing the amount of apple juice by 50 percent would yield a ratio of apple juice to grape juice of 2:1.
So, 1.5a : p = 2:1
No idea about the total or Pomegranate.
Not sufficient

(2) Increasing the amount of apple juice by 50 percent would yield a juice mix of 100 ounces
So, 1.5 a+g+p =100
and given: a+g+p = 80
0.5a=20
a= 40
We get Apple but nothing about Pomegranate.
Not sufficient

Combining (1)+(2):
1.5a : p = 2:1
1.5(40):p = 2:1
p = 30
Sufficient
