There are 22 items on a restaurant menu. A menu item cannot contain nut products unless it also has an allergy warning on the menu. All items with an allergy warning, and only those items, must be prepared at a specially-designated kitchen station. How many items on the menu have an allergy warning?
(1) Exactly 8 menu items are prepared at the specially-designated kitchen station.
(2) Exactly 14 menu items do not contain nut products.

If an item is prepared in SDK => it is an allergy warning item.
If an item is containing nuts => it is an allergy warning item.
All nut items are allergy warning, but all allergy warning items do not necessarily contain nuts.
We need to find how many items on menu have an allergy warning.
Statement 1
Exactly 8 items are prepared in SDK => Exactly 8 items have allergy warning. SUFFICIENT
Statement 2
Exactly 14 menu items do not contain nut products, while remaining 8 have nuts and are allergic, but these 14 can have other allergic items.
Let's suppose from 14, 3 have soya that is allergic item, so total allergic items will be 11. Whereas, if none of these 14 have any allergic item, then the total allergic items will be 8 (ones with nuts) INSUFFICIENT

If an item is containing nuts => it is an allergy warning item.
All nut items are allergy warning, but all allergy warning items do not necessarily contain nuts.
We need to find how many items on menu have an allergy warning.

Statement 2

Just a fun thought experiment related to this question. If we remove the criterion "and only those items", the answer will be C. Here's why:
1. The original question:
We have the sufficiency - necessary logic like this:
Sufficiency -> Necessary:
Nuts (N) -> Allergy Warning (AW)
AW <-> Special Station (SS)
With that, N ≤ AW = SS
S1 is sufficient because it provides SS --> we have the number for AW
2. The question without "and only those items":
The logic will instead be: N -> AW -> SS
Hence, N ≤ AW ≤ SS
S1 tells us SS = 8 (not suff alone). S2 tells us N = 8 (not suff alone). But if taken together, we have N = SS = 8 --> AW must = 8 as well (suff)
