What contains more calories: a gram of refined wheat or a gram of T flour?
(1) 1/2 gram of refined wheat contains fewer calories than 1/3 gram of T flour.
(2) 1/3 gram of T flour contains more calories than 1/4 gram of refined wheat.

I approached this problem in the following manner.
(1). If 1/2 gram of refined wheat contains fewer calories than 1/3 gram of T flour then we can scale up the mass until one of them is a gram to get a clearer comparison. If we multiply each by 2 then we are left with 1g of RF has less calories than 2/3g of TF. No matter how you scale it the greater mass of the RF will always have fewer calories than the Lesser mass of the TF. Therefore the TF must have more calories.
SUFFICIENT
(2) If 1/3 gram of T flour contains more calories than 1/4 gram of refined wheat and we apply the same principle we did in statement one we end up with 1g of TF contains more calories than 3/4g of RF. This is where the issue is made clear and the difference between the statements is apparent. The greater mass has more calories and there is no way we can adjust the values in our given relationship to gain further understanding if one is actually more caloric than the other.
INSUFFICIENT
ANSWER CHOICE: A
