If D1 is 31 feet and D2 is 1 feet AND R1 is 100030f/s and R2 is 100000f/s

The time it takes to travel D2 is less then the time it takes to travel D1

If D1 is 60 feet and D2 is 30 feet AND R1 is 31f/s and R2 is 1f/s

The time it takes to travel D1 is less then the time it takes to travel D2
