I would suggest you not to rush. Prepare well before appearing again. You have scored 650 and if you are aiming for 700+, then you need to prepare more. I would suggest to take help of forums such as gmatclub. Gmatclub has all sc and cr related forum, where experts have discussed the ways to crack these sections. Wait till the time you keep getting consistent scores in the mocks. Once you reach that consistency, then I guess you will be good to go. All the best!

First of all let me tell you one thing that the result of mock exams is just an idea to approximate your Test Score
it is not necessary you will get same score in the real thing
Only Trust GMAT prep algorithm not others
Trust me, there are many members in this forum have already experienced these confused situations.
