1) What was your UG GPA? Your MBA GPA? Lead with the highest.
2) Look into certificate programs that you could do online that also provide a GPA. UCLA has one. NYU has one as well (I believe it is only in person). I am sure there are others. Assuming both of your GPA's are low, this "alternate" GPA could help.
3) CFA,FRM, etc. These designations can show your ability to study and your base knowledge of the finance material.
4) If your GPA is skewed because of a couple of bad grades, you could try and retake those classes at the school you went to or elsewhere. I know students who take math classes to show their quantitative acumen.
5) GMAT/GRE - going to need to score as high as you can.
