Hello,
 I'm applying to IE Business School's Master in Management program for Fall 2026. I've completed my essays, and now I’m working on the recommendation letters. Could you please confirm whether IE asks the recommender to upload a standard letter, or are they required to answer specific questions or fill out a form?

1. Recommender Form/Questions (Primary Method)
When you submit your recommender's contact information (name and email) in the online application,  IE will send them a secure link  to an online system.

This system usually requires the recommender to  answer specific questions  about your performance, abilities, and potential. 
 These questions are usually accompanied by rating scales for certain qualities (e.g., leadership, teamwork, analytical skills).  
Based on common application practices for IE and other top programs, these questions often prompt the recommender to discuss:
 
 How long and in what capacity they have known you. 
 Your  principal strengths/talents . 
 Your  weaknesses  or areas that need improvement. 
 Specific examples of your  achievements  or  leadership  capabilities.

2. Letter Upload (Alternative/Supplement)
