Profile Review for MiM

Question

Hi!
Can anyone review my profile and give some suggestions that i can do to maximize my chances for getting an admit in top french schools?

I am doing my bachelors in science at IISER mohali, a tier 1 research institute in India.
I have a low cpi (7.4) but a growing trend - it is increasing 
I have founded an operational consulting firm, ZOVAC ai (you can visit my website on google), I have worked with several clients and helped founders overcome operational challenges by creating systems and have achieved operational efficiency of 37% on an average across all the businesses i have worked with.

I am an intern at a startup. It is a 8 months internship and I am working as a business analyst where I work with client companies across India and USA and analyse their challenges and give data driven insights, and build systems to fix internal problems.

I am also the founder of Finance club at IISER Mohali, where we offer financial literacy through case study events events, quizes, market simulation events, etc. We also help incubate student ideas, and also the co founder of Kollecto, a bulk buy program that helps students get essentials at an affordable price

I had worked as the student coordinator and the lead designer at Opportunity cell of IISER Mohali, where we were responsible for bringing companies like deloitte and EY for campus placements.

Apart from my professional experience I am a digital artist, I play basketball for my college team in the IISM (all top tier research institutes across India come to play different sports events), I was a under 16 state level kabaddi player (discontinued due to injury), and I pplay some music.

Can anyone give me a profile review and what are my chances in top b schools in france and italy? I am a fresher and am aiming for MiM program

Hello You actually have a pretty strong MiM profile overall, especially because of the combination of entrepreneurship, leadership, and operational exposure at an early stage. Most MiM applicants usually have academics plus internships, whereas your profile shows initiative and execution beyond the classroom. Your biggest strength is definitely the entrepreneurial angle. Founding ZOVAC AI and working directly with founders on operational efficiency is genuinely valuable if you can explain your impact clearly in applications and interviews. The business analyst internship also complements this well because it shows structured analytical exposure across different companies and geographies. The leadership positions at IISER also help. Founding the finance club, helping incubate student ideas, and working with the Opportunity Cell to bring companies like Deloitte and EY adds credibility to your profile. Your extracurriculars like basketball, kabaddi, digital art, and music also make you look more well-rounded, which European schools generally appreciate. The weak point is your CPI. A 7.4 is below average for top French schools, although the upward trend and IISER brand definitely help. Because of this, your GMAT/GRE becomes extremely important. Can anyone please review my profile for MiM and give suggestions to maximize my chances of getting admits from top b schools?

I am a fresher applying for MiM this year. My target B schools are : France (HEC, INSEAD , ESSEC ,ESCP, EDHEC) , SDA Bocconi , IE and few others

I am doing my bachelors in science(biology) from IISER MOHALI (tier 1 research institute in the country)

CPI = 8.3 ( can push it to 8.5 max by the end of graduation )

haven’t taken GMAT yet (what should be seven score range for top French schools )

I will soon be starting my internship as a data analyst intern at WPP productions (MNC- specialised in marketing) 
I have volunteered as a Project management intern at NGO - Pehchaan the street school (Trust)
I founded a marketing diagnostic agency - CLARIVA - I have worked with a few businesses for experience but have not had any paid clients yet (would appreciate suggestions to take this forward) but few paid clients are in the pipeline

I have served as the logistics and marketing head at Finance club in IISER - increasing student participation in club activities and organising and managing club events

apart from the professional experience :

I was awarded with BSG ( Bharat scouts and Guides) - nipun and Rajya puraskar ( it is India’s national scouting organization focused on leadership, discipline, teamwork)

I have been the sports coordinator for basketball 
Represented college at IISM ( sports meet where renowned research across India participate ) - won a silver 
Won the Best Sportsperson in women category in Intra IISER sports competition for begging 12 medals across multiple sports (volleyball , basketball, lawn tennis and athletics ) 
I have elementary level proficiency in : sign language and Spanish 
In free time I do : mandala art , solve rubics cube, play kalimba

I would really appreciate if anyone could evaluate my chances of selection in top b schools in France with my current profile and provide suggestions to improve things further

IISER Mohali is a respected institution, and an 8.3+ CPI in a science program is solid for European MiM admissions. Your biggest strengths are probably the leadership and extracurricular side of the profile. Winning Best Sportsperson, representing IISER at IISM, and competing across multiple sports genuinely helps you stand out because European schools value well-rounded applicants much more than people realize. The scouting achievements also add a strong leadership and discipline angle. The entrepreneurial initiative with CLARIVA is also valuable, even if it is still early stage. For MiM admissions, schools care more about initiative, problem-solving, and execution than revenue alone. If you can convert even a couple of clients before applications, it will strengthen your profile meaningfully. The WPP internship also fits well because it adds analytical and corporate exposure. For top French schools, the GMAT will still matter a lot.
