I am asking this question because currently I am having 50-60% accuracy in verbal.
50-60% accuracy is definitely low for a student aiming for a 700, but again, it's hard to say how low. Some depends on where and at what difficulty you are getting those questions wrong. And again, a lot depends on how strong your Quant score is, to make up for challenges you face with the verbal. Sorry I can't be any more specific. But, if you want to know if you can get a 700, the best thing to do is take practice exams and see how you score.
