Hi,
I decided that i will give GMAT in December end and i finally gave my GMAT yesterday with two weeks preparation and scored 560 (QA-49 VA-24).I wasn't aware that leaving out question affects the score and ended up leaving about 14 questions.I want to retake the exam and target 700+ as i can work on my VA for a month and improve scores.If i take GMAT in FEB, will i be able to apply for 2015 fall session or i ll miss the application deadlines??

Mot schools have their Round 3 deadlines in March/April 2015. So you can still retake - you need to give 30 days interval. A few schools like Babson & Isenberg have early March deadlines.
I have an exam voucher for sale at a discounted price of $200. You will receive the requested fee waiver code electronically.
Test takers can then use the fee waiver code when they register for their GMAT appointment online.
Each fee waiver code is good for the entire GMAT fee and must be used by the expiration date given.

From their websites, check out the Round 3 deadlines of the schools in which you are interested. You should take GMAT at least 15 days before the first school deadline.
