In online version of OG16, what is the difference between practice mode and exam mode?

Hi,
in practice mode , you can get back to a question after you have answered , that is you can move back and forth but not in exam mode, ..you can just move ahead..
you can set random set of tests in practice mode..
exam mode will test you strictly under exam conditions whereas practice mood, there are none or very few restrictions..

I have the OG15. Is it the same as OG16?..I read somewhere that is it is the same.
