Hi there , can someone help me out in this. I recently purchased KAPLAN premier 2016 book. and I'm unable to register it on www.Kaptest.com/booksonline to access Practice tests and other stuff. Has anyone been through this? am I missing anything while registering. It prompted to answer on a question while registering but It's not accepting it.

Yes, I did contact them via mail at [email protected] and they asked me to redirect my inquiry to [email protected] , Which I did and there's never a response. I even tried calling them at 212-997-5883 ( support for outside U.S and Canada) but was unable to connect. Now I'm clueless.

It is a bit temperamental system. There is a good chance you are not looking up the right info - i have had issues with it before, my fault, but also the directions were not very clear.
So, think outside the box and see if you can find another word for authentication.

If not, You are then probably sing up for 2015 edition (since there are no differences, it should be easy enough).

Thanks on that BB, I went back and tried again and It turned out to be case sensitive :? , But still in vain. It got me redirected to registering page ,I filled up all the details and clicked on 'save and continue' and a new tab opened saying {"response":"INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR"}. Did it couple of times,same story. May they've got some technical glitch. contacted customer care again, Hoping it will get resolved. Never expected it to be so messy. :x
