Hello,
I have been trying to prep for the GMAT however; due to personal circumstances it was an on/off month of studying. (1 month)
I have only focused on PS from the OG and I have been using
Magoosh Flashcards. I have gone through the basics math/algebra; as I have been out of schools for a few years and with every problem I am getting the type of problem quickly but I am still rusty. I need to find quicker techniques to answer long algebraic questions.
I was going to start DS this week, but I feel like a sailor with no directions.
Does any of you recommend a course that I can take to give me some direction?
Is there a number of specific hours a day one should study? I find it that during the week, getting time to study is challenging. During the weekend this is not a problem, I can put a solid amount of quality hours.
I truly have a problem running through questions quicker and I need help, otherwise I will never finish this exam. I do feel I am getting sharper with my math skills.

Magoosh happens in those VE. It's one thing to have abstract lessons, but in the VEs, we can be very specific: "
in this question, this was true, and not that, so we did this instead of that." That immediate and specific feedback is exactly what someone in your position needs to accelerate. Here's a practice question:
