Hi All
Thanks for reviewing my post firstly. I took my GMAT yesterday, wherein I scored 650(Q 50, V 28, IR 5). I was aiming for a somewhere in the range of 720+. My mocks were also giving me a score in the 720 region.
I am aiming for top 20 B Schools in US. My profile brief is as follows:
X: 86%
XII: 80%
Have a work ex of 7+ yrs, 2.3 yrs in IT industry and 5 yrs in Banking industry as an FX and Derivatives dealer.
Thereby, I need an expert opinion on whether I should cancel my score (which I can within 72 hrs of test day), and whether a low score earlier or multiple GMAT attempts hamper my admission chances and create a negative impression when I apply.
Request your help urgently. Thanks in advance.

Few points that i learnt from the experts:
Schools cannot see your cancelled score.
Multiple attempts with significant growth in scores is considered positive.
Schools only bothers about your BEST score - the one that you send them.

My expert advice: when in doubt, cancel your score.
Why? Because you can't cancel your score after the 72-hour window, but you can always reinstate your cancelled score later, for a $50 fee, if the 650 ends up being your best GMAT score. If you don't cancel it, however, and you end up scoring higher on a subsequent GMAT, then any B-schools you apply to will also see the 650 on your score report.
It's not the end of the world to have a lower GMAT score on your school score report, but it does somewhat detract from the strength of your application. Better to keep cancelling until you have the score you really want, and reinstate the score later if necessary. That way, B-schools will only see the one GMAT score that you want them to see.
Remember: although GMAT score cancellations *are* indicated on your personal score report, they *are not* indicated on the score reports sent to schools.
