If you are already hitting your target score in GMAT prep tests, then in the final week -

1) relax and take it easy
2) eat healthy and stay active
3) review some of the concepts and maybe do a few questions if you want - but keep it light
4) don’t take any full length tests
5) create a list of items you may need for test day, and go buy them
6) visit the test center in advance to get acquainted to the surroundings (this is optional, but really helped me)
7) finalize your test taking strategy - setting up scratch pad before exam, tracking time during exam etc
8) rest well before the exam

Thanks for your amazing reply but I am not getting my target score and getting 80- points. That's why I asked for tips for last week.

I am getting very low score in verbal and accuracy is dropping because of exam dilemma. Waiting for your suggestions.

Thanks in advance.

If you're 80 points below target score, there's very little you can do realistically to improve so much in 1 week. Low score in verbal needs to be diagnosed by section (CR, RC,SC) and you'll need specific strategies. There's no simple idea or tip that can help.

To handle exam dilemma - practicing meditation can really help.
General guidance for verbal section - make sure you are eliminating answers to reach the correct one (not trying to find the correct answer directly). Write down the options and cross them off manually.

The best thing you can do is make sure you eat and sleep well before the exam.
I'm serious. This can make a 30-40 point difference.

Other than that, nothing comes to mind. I don't think anything will be able to make up 80 pts in just one week unfortunately...
