Radius = 10 cm
In 1 revolution, the point moves distance = Circumference of the circle = 2πx10=20π
Fan rotates at 300 rev/min = 300/60 =5 rev/s
In 15sec, the point moves distance = 20π x 5 x 15 = 1500π

Answer B.

The distance in 1 revolutions is 2π*10 = 20π.
The fan rotates 75 time in 1/4 mins, since (1/4)*300 = 75.

Thus the distnace in 1/4 mins with the rate of 300rpm is 20π*75 = 1500π

Therefore, B is the answer.
