I took my first GMAT prep test last week and scored 670 ( Q49 V31 ).
I took the test in an uncontrolled environment,skipping IR and AWA.Here are my personal analysis of strengts and weaknesses.
- Good at CR : scoring rate of 75% from OG with time constraints
- Quant is strong but need to build speed.
- Bad at RC and SC . Scoring rate 40% from OG with time constraints
*RC : can't retain the passage,end up spending a lot of time ,have to go back to the passage for answers.Still can't be sure of answer and have to eliminate options
*SC : can't understand technicalities of it .Follow my instincts.I am good at spoken English.
Have around 40 hours of solid study time before GMAT.Need advice on which practice test to take which has answer and timing analysis.Also how to improve Verbal.Will constant timed practice from OG help?
