Go through my profile. There's a post under BEginner to advanced strategy. Although I would recommend you to extend you date by atleast 2 weeks, I'd really not sweat it as getting a 600 is easy I guess.

Just reFer to the official material
There are several companies such as TTP, e-GMAT, Jamboree, Manhattan and Kaplan that have coachings for GMAT but given the short window , I wouldn't suggest going anywhere new. Even I teach for free for a 20 USD tip for hourly sessions, but given the short window, grasping the concept and then applying it would definitely take 4 weeks minimum.

If it is at all possible to extend the date, do it. Lot of help is available on GMAT Club

Remember, Having a mentor is very essential on your GMAT journey.
