If the Proctor was not actually doing his/her job for any measurable amount of time during your Exam, then THAT would be considered a significant issue - and the fact that your Exam 'crashed' twice doesn't help. It's likely that your Exam (along with all of the other Exams that that person was moderating that day) are going through a thorough review. Under those circumstances, it's possible that GMAC/Examity might only release all of those Scores once the full review of all Exams is completed. I assume that you did nothing wrong (re: you were not actively trying to cheat or break the Exam rules), so you likely have no choice but to wait until you receive word. Since you are facing an application deadline, then you might consider taking the GMAT again (either through the At-home option or at a Test Center) - as it's possible that you could receive that more recent result before you receive the results that you've been waiting on for over 6 weeks.
