Personal: 26 years old, Female, Chinese
GMAT: 750 (Q 51/ V 40/ AWA 5.5 / IR 8)
Undergrad : Northwestern University (Economics & Psychology)
GPA: 3.8 (Cum Laude)
Work Ex:
J.P. Morgan, Investment Banking, Hong Kong, 12.2011-08.2013
Credit Suisse, Investment Banking, Hong Kong, 03.2011-12.2011
Extra-curricular:
Pursuing NGO volunteering in HK and Nepal
Was active in college, including chair positions in a sorority and involvement in business clubs
Career goal:
Aim for MBB post-MBA (also interviewing for a position or off-cycle internship before MBA program)
Want to do non-profit consulting and NGO in China in the long term
Do you think my profile is competitive for top 10 Schools (HBS, Stanford, Wharton, Booth, Kellogg, Columbia, etc)? Which would you recommend? I am currently applying to Stanford R1, rest in R2.

From what I see here things look pretty darn good! You have the right school, the right employers, fantastic grades and a great GMAT! You have checked allllllllll the boxes! And you are also a female candidate (Bonus points!). With great essays, you have a shot at Top 10 schools. As for WHICH Top 10 schools, I'll leave that up to you. Any of them can get you to your goal, and Tuck is just as good as Sloan is just as good as Booth, so apply to as many as you can that you'd like to go to.
