Current: Global product Manager with Johnson Controls Inc (based out of India) - manage product portfolio for energy applications suite - with install base across 20+ countries, 4 continents. Responsible for charting product road-map, plan and launch new releases, define product positioning, support sales and marketing, direct interface with customers for product deployment / features feedback
Highlights: Overseen two product releases, increased install base by 120% in 15 months, developed and delivered 'Regional Country Champion Training' program for the products (trained over 50 participants from 11 countries), developed new market base in Europe and South America
Previous: Sustainability consultant with Wipro Eco-Energy (consultant and project manager for energy efficiency and carbon optimization projects across North America, Europe and India); Founding team member with NextGen Pvt Ltd (startup in the field of carbon consulting)

Niiiiiiiiiice GMAT dude! That is some sweet stuff, which will really help you build the best profile possible. Congrats on that fantastic score.
Your grades are good, you have real good and strong leadership, and are in an excellent industry. So all these together mean you can stick to top 15-20 programs.
I don't see any major weaknesses in your profile, although maybe two things which could be expanded upon - volunteer work and international experience. So think about how you can pull that out of your application.
Otherwise, looking pretty good. with a fantastic application, I think you can do pretty well.

On the International Experience - I have worked with two MNCs, directly manage a global product portfolio, and have traveled close to 10 countries across Asia, Australia, Europe and North America on account of my work. I am hoping to build on this on my essays.
On volunteer work - I agree that could have done more in this regard. In my previous company, I was directly involved with the corporate sustainability chapter, and took part in multiple events and initiatives. I also do contribute to journals in the field of energy and environment. Would these experiences count?
